The restart of the English Premier League has had its fair share of talking points. Of course, there has been the impact of the Corona virus Pandemic that has rendered teams across Europe and the rest of the world to play matches behind closed doors. The impact of this was indeed felt by Liverpool who now face the prospect of lifting the Premier League title behind closed doors.

While the world watches and plans to continue watching matches on the telly, we at Crowd Product have begun to move ahead with the times. With offline events, engagement and activities stalled, we have moved into a much more online friendly platform that caters to Sports engagement as well.

That said, we also wasted very little time by breathing life back into our sports vertical with a Premier League restart quiz. Partnering with the Bangalore Spurs fan club and the MUSCB (Manchester United official fan club) in Bangalore, the first Sportscast episode was done.

In a perfect two-on-two episode, which saw two fans from Manchester United (Shabhaz and Sudarshan) and two fans from Tottenham Hotspur (Pratik and Devikiran), the banter was quite amazing to say the least. In addition to the preview as well.

Here is the entire episode:

The match kicked off at the Spurs Stadium in what was a late night fixture eventually witnessing both teams playing out a 1–1 stalemate.

A subsequent quiz was also organized with 52 fans from across Asia Pacific (APAC) and the United Kingdom taking part in the quiz. The quiz, created by the Bangalore Spurs supporters club was something extraordinary, to say the least. Created by the Spurs fan group, the quiz had a few tough questions with fans being given a run for their money to find the answers.

The top five winners were given two pints of beer each from White Owl.
